Do not hesitate to ask Dave to be your realtor! He helped us put our house up for sale as well as purchase our new house and everything went so smoothly! It was our first time selling our house and our second time purchasing a home and I will admit I was nervous about the overlap of timing but Dave guided us through both procedures in a seamless way, was always there to answer any questions we had and kept us up to date with everything going on “behind the scenes” so we knew that everything was still proceeding forward! He is so helpful, responded quickly, knowledgeable and friendly! I can’t recommend him enough!!

Dave helped us sell our house very quickly and walked with us every step of the way. He was so patient and kind every time he had to talk me off the ledge when things didn’t seem to be going right. You will not find a more caring and honest realtor. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dave to anyone!

Dave was great! I was new to home buying, and Dave took the time to make sure I was caught up on all of the home-buying lingo. He took the time to listen to and answer my (many) questions. Dave was professional and super personal! Dave was very attentive and meticulous, as my wife and I had a lot of different criteria in what we were looking for in a home. He located us many beautiful properties! We had a number of times that we would find something that we wanted to look at and he always made it happen! Dave is a great guy, responsive agent and highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Dave Ness to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and invested in meeting the needs of his clients. We were selling our home in Oregon and buying a home in Central Washington. Dave interviewed realtors in Oregon for us and found a wonderful selling agent for us there. He then researched homes and neighborhoods in Moses Lake, put together a detailed portfolio of possibilities, and went above and beyond by meeting us in ML to show us the homes. He also contacted a local builder for us, whose development we were interested in, but they didn't have any available homes at the time. Dave handed us over to a local ML realtor who was more familiar with the area since we hadn't found a home yet. That in itself showed how much he cared more about the best interest of the client than making the sale himself. He reached out to see how things were going, even after we were working with the local agent, and was available to answer any questions we had. He also connected us with a great Mortgage Lender who was also very helpful in the process. (We did end up having a home built in the development Dave had contacted for us, once they started the next Phase, and are happily moved in now! :) ) All in all, we had a great experience with Dave and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dave responded when I suddenly found a place I had wanted to look at. He not only was kind, truthful and quick to respond, he made this entire process stress free. Throughout the entire process he kept me up to date and walked me thru each step. I could not be happier as a first time home buyer.

Dave worked with us for months trying to find us a house. During the crazy house market, Dave was nothing but hopeful and accommodating! As first time home-owners, he made our experience wonderful. He answered every call, email, and text and worked around the clock to help us find a home! Highly recommend!!

Dave was great to work with. He always responses and quickly! He went above and beyond. He stayed in communicate with the the title company and the lender to make sure everyone was on time for our closing date. I would highly recommend working with Dave if you want a seamless and professional experience.

Dave was fantastic! As first time home buyers he really helped us understand the process. He was very communicative and helped us navigate through the crazy process of home buying.
